OUR STORY...
In 1978, Rodney Trahan founded Red Arrow Tools, selling tools and equipment to mechanics and contractors out of the back of his half-ton van. Over the next two decades, Red Arrow Tools became Arrow Equipment Inc, selling and servicing waste oil heaters, and Arrow Express, a full-service automobile repair and maintenance shop. Forty years later, in 2018, Rodney's son, Colin Trahan, saw the need for a local HVAC wholesale distributor in the New England region.
Rod Trahan's vision was to provide expert product knowledge while building personal relationships with his customers based on quality products. Through countless hours establishing a customer base, the support of his family, and the Arrow name, Arrow Central was born.
In 2019 Arrow Central partnered with Soleno Manufacturing and began offering drainage and geotextile products to meet the high demand for exterior site works and utility. In 2020 Arrow Central grew exponentially, introducing Gree Comfort heat pumps while continuing to expand dirt works through introducing new landscaping and water piping products.
The Arrow Central team has continued growing its staff due to increased customer demand. Introducing Inside Sales Manager, Michael Norman (U.S. Army Veteran), with a background in civil engineering. Outside Sales Manager, Rick Hannagan with experience in retail, HVAC, and plumbing. Warehouse staff, Cregg Brunelle a former waste-oil and boiler mechanic with warehouse experience. Warehouse, sales, website, IT and office staff member Mathieu Belyea.
As Arrow Central continues to serve the New England region, we are excited for what the future holds as we continue to expand and grow!
